Spiritus Now Accessible Through Premier Theological Database

Spiritus: ORU Journal of Theology is now indexed in the ATLA Religion Database (ADB), the premier indexing database of scholarly material in the fields of religion and theology. ATLA contains over 3 million records of articles from over 2,400 journals covering the Bible, archaeology, culture, world religions, church history, missions, pastoral ministry, theology, philosophy, and ethics. As a joint publication from the Library and the College of Theology and Ministry, Spiritus articles have been downloaded over 28,000 times across 167 countries of the world. This new indexing will only increase this impact of these scholarly works will make on the global Spirit-empowered movement.
A hearty thanks goes to ORU’s Acting Theological Librarian, Thad Horner, for his work with ATLA to help us reach this milestone and his leadership in directing the Digital Showcase, the online repository the journal.
