Instructions

Step 1

a. First, save the icon to a place where you can easily find it. You can save it to your desktop and delete it when you are done.

a. Next, navigate to where you can make a new signature (or modify an existing). To do this, I open a new email (like I am going to send a new email).

b. Then click on Signature (as shown in image at right).

Step 3

If you do not wish to create a new signature block, skip this step and go to Step 4b.

a. If you want to create a new signature block, click on New (indicated by arrow and the number 1 in image at right)

b. Enter a name for your new signature (as indicated by the number 2 and arrow in the image at right).

Then click OK.

Step 4

a. Enter your information as desired for this signature block (in place indicated by number 1 and arrow in image above).

b. Make sure your cursor is positioned in the line below your signature text, then click on the image icon in the text editor (see number 2 and arrow in image above).

c. Navigate to the place you have saved your icon image and select it (see number 3 and arrow in image above).

d. Click on the insert button (see number 4 and arrow in image above).

Step 5

a. Once you are satisfied with your signature, don't forget to click on Save (see number 1 and arrow in image at left).

b. Click on OK (see number 2 and arrow in image at left).
