- The HSRC is open to the public fewer hours than the University library; however, whenever the library is closed, the HSRC is also closed. The HSRC is located in the Learning Resources Center (LRC) on the south end of the5th Floor.
- If you need to use HSRC materials when it is closed, request a temporary transfer. Items may be transferred to the Reference Room for temporary (1-3 days) use there.
- Patrons who wish to use the Center outside regular hours may make an appointment with the director by calling 918-495-6899. If you are a long-distance caller and want an answer to your message, please send an email to hsrc@oru.edu. We prefer to answer distance calls by email.

The Holy Spirit Research Center is open to faculty, staff and students during open hours. Guests on campus are also welcome to visit during open hours. However, guests who wish to do research must register to have access to materials. See the procedures below.
Guest Registration:
- Guest researchers not currently affiliated with ORU should contact the director to schedule your research visit.
- All researcher will be required to register through the office of the Dean of the Library.

The University dress code asks for no shorts in the Library. This policy applies to guest researchers as well as to members of the ORU community.
Digitization Requests:
- The HSRC has an online of freely accessible materials in the Digital Showcase.
- Requests for digitization of additional holdings must have a legitimate academic research reason for requesting, which could include institutional, scholarly or journalistic research projects. Some requests for materials may have a fee for reproduction and transmittal. Costs may vary depending on the materials and labor involved.
- Many items are under copyright and are not available for reproduction.
- We cannot fulfill personal interest digitization requests.
