New cybersecurity system and library databases
by Jane Malcolm, M.L.S. on 2021-07-22T16:58:28-05:00 | 1 CommentORU's IT department has installed a new cybersecurity system to detect spam and protect our systems from attacks. Library users who email articles from library databases may at times find that they are caught in the spam system.
IT is aware of this issue and is working to whitelist all the database email addresses that may be effected.
Until then, if you find that an email from a database does not arrive in your inbox, you may manage your blocked email messages on the new Mimecast portal https://mimecast.oru.edu.
